Meat Institute Developing New Video on Stuffed Chicken Breast Safety

The Meat Institute has begun work on a video that will show how to properly prepare frozen stuffed products like stuffed, raw, frozen chicken breasts. The video will be a part of the "Ask the Meat Scientist " series available on YouTube. NAMI hopes to release it at the beginning of September to coincide with Food Safety Education Month.
